What § 14 requires
The reliability of laboratory tests is checked through documented participation in proficiency testing (Ringversuche) or similar available methods § 14.
This concerns tests you run in the practice yourself. If an external laboratory does all your lab work, say so in the evaluation.
What works as proof
- the certificates or result reports of the proficiency tests;
- for other methods, their records, control measurements with date and result for example.
Checklist
- Every lab test run in the practice has proficiency testing or a similar method.
- The results are kept as proof.
