What § 11 requires
- Prescriptions of an opioid substitution medicine for patients with a substance-use disorder who need narcotics in substitution treatment are recorded under the Narcotics Regulation § 11(1).

- Narcotics vignettes are kept safe from theft § 11(3).
- Expired or returned medicines containing narcotics are disposed of properly § 11(4).
